Stunning 2 BR Villa in Bingin

Tucked into the peaceful, laid-back charm of Bingin, this newly constructed villa is a striking blend of contemporary design and warm, natural materials. Sleek black steel-framed glass doors slide open to dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, connecting the living and dining area directly to a wooden sundeck and a sparkling private pool bordered by lush tropical greenery. Inside, the open-plan living and dining space is anchored by a solid wood table paired with handcrafted teak chairs, lit from above by a trio of woven rattan pendant lamps that cast a soft, textured glow. A built-in kitchen counter with open wood shelving keeps the space feeling both functional and elegantly minimal, while a skylight overhead floods the entire living area with natural daylight throughout the day.

The villa’s 2 bedrooms each offer their own distinct character while sharing a calm, restorative feel. One features a low platform bed dressed in soft neutral linens, flanked by twin arched wall niches with integrated shelving and warm reading lamps — a subtle nod to Balinese architectural detailing rendered in a clean, modern palette. Another bedroom leans into a relaxed, boho aesthetic, with a tasseled, pattern-woven cushion set, a beaded macrame wall hanging above the headboard, and rich teak doors and furniture that add texture and warmth against crisp white walls. Every bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, generous storage, and large glass doors or windows that draw in abundant natural light while framing views of the garden or pool. En-suite bathrooms continue the villa’s thoughtful design language, finished with natural stone, teak accents, and greenery just beyond the glass.

Outside, the private pool is the true heart of the property — a clean-lined plunge pool set against a backdrop of heliconia and banana leaf planting, with a wooden deck offering the perfect spot to unwind at any hour, day or night. Set in a quiet, tranquil pocket of Bingin, the villa still places you within easy reach of the area’s best beaches, surf breaks, restaurants, and cafés, offering the rare combination of privacy and convenience. With its fully equipped modern kitchen, sophisticated indoor-outdoor living spaces, and three well-appointed bedrooms, this newly built villa presents an outstanding opportunity — whether as a private residence, a rental investment, or both — in one of Bali’s most sought-after coastal neighborhoods.
