3 Bed 3 Bath 216.84 SQ.M Blue Canyon Heights Home 1

Nestled in the northern region of Phuket Island, the Blue Canyon Complex stands as the embodiment of Thailand’s original gated golf communities. Rooted in history, the land once belonged to the Hokkien Chinese settlers who, in the past, cultivated rubber trees and extracted riches from the fertile soil, a practice that persisted for many decades on the island. In 1991, the acclaimed Japanese golf course designer Yokikazu Kato crafted the Canyon Course, followed by the Lakes layout, all while preserving the picturesque landscape of rolling hills, verdant tree lines, and natural water run-offs that form self-sustaining reservoirs.
The design philosophy behind this complex is a commitment to preserving the expansive 1780 rai of land, providing a haven for a select group of homeowners who aspire to lead a sustainable and enriching life for the mind, body, and soul. This unique offering boasts one of Phuket’s rare low-rise developments, featuring generously-sized condominiums. While it is a gated community, it caters not only to golf enthusiasts but also to those seeking an exclusive and secure living environment.
