The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and toilet with a very large dressing. A balcony also connects the master bedroom and bedroom #1.
There is a 4.5m x 10m private fresh water swimming pool , kidney shaped, that receives sun until 3pm and a sala. The pool has an automatic Australian cleaning system from Enviroswim. No chemicals needed. All around overflow making the surface always mirror like.
All electrical kitchen equipment like induction hood and electric oven. No Gas. Washing machine, Separate drier, dish washer, extra large American fridge.
There is a double carport and an electric sliding gate for cars. This is a very well engineered house.
